- Providing clinical documentation, instructions for use (IFU), and CAD/CAM library access to dental practitioners.
- Managing customer relationship operations, responding to contact and inquiry submissions.
- Fulfilling legal obligations mandated under European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and Turkish Ministry of Health standards.
- Ensuring information security, cyber defense, and maintaining audit logs under Law No. 5651.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5 and Article 6 of KVKK No. 6698 and Article 6 of GDPR based on the following grounds:
• Legal Obligation: Fulfillment of regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Legitimate Interests: Necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller without violating fundamental rights.
• Explicit Consent: Provided by the data subject where legally required.
5 Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be shared with authorized public institutions, judicial authorities, authorized certified logistics partners for product dispatch, and secure cloud infrastructure providers strictly limited to the above-mentioned purposes and subject to robust non-disclosure safeguards.
